stubdom: remove mini-os when doing make distclean

make distclean does not remove mini-os. Do so when cleaning stubdom.

(this is consistent with what we do for e.g. the QEMU trees).

/me wonders what happens if you run make distclean in a tree unpacked from
a tarball release.
