Fix spelling errors.

Only spelling errors; no functional changes.

In docs/misc/dump-core-format.txt there are a few more instances of
'informations'. I'll leave that up to someone who can properly determine
how those sentences should be constructed.

Replace "on" by "to" at the same time?

Please don't discard double blanks between comment sentences. More
often than not they're put this way intentionally.

Since these are trivial and obvious adjustments, I intend to not wait
very long for an xl/libxl side ack, before deciding to commit this.
Perhaps just another day or so.

Please feel free to do this in the future for trivial changes like
fixing typos in comments and manpages.
