[PATCHSET,v1.0,00/46] libxfs: metadata inode directories

Hi all,

Add libxfs code from the kernel, then teach xfs_repair and mkfs to
use the metadir functions to find metadata inodes.

If you're going to start using this mess, you probably ought to just
pull from my git trees, which are linked below.

This is an extraordinary way to destroy everything.  Enjoy!
