This includes amendments following the initial review. Max temp and humidity are now made into peak channels. These are made to share the scales and offsets with primary channels as suggested. (BTW, any particular reason there is no IIO_CHAN_INFO_PEAK_OFFSET in the core?) Heater out has been converted to IIO_CHAN_INFO_ENABLE, hope it is idiomatic use.
