MT8173, MT2701, MT2712 and MT8183 belongs to version 1 thermal system, and MT7622 belongs to version 2 thermal system. For platform compatibility, we add two sensor ops (extract and convert) to the thermal data structure. Each platform will register the sensor ops to the proper function implementation according to its version.
