The remaining ones are of local_vote_clk and gate_clk type, which are not yet supported upstream. Also reorder them to match the original downstream driver. Clocks have been switched from using parent_names to parent_data, predefined "xo" has been removed in favour of specifying it in the DT and the probe function has been updated to use qcom_cc_really_probe.
