Instead of using macro, their values are better to use device specifications which querying from firmware. The arrays of RSS indirection table and RSS key are defined to the max specification of all hardwares, so they can be used in each device. .get_rss_key_size and .get_rss_indir_size in struct hnae3_ae_ops are not used now, so remove them as well.
