Just a bunch of stale kerneldocs generating warnings when
building the docs. Mostly function parameters so not very
useful but still.

As most of these are of the form:

	@engine: the intel_engine_cs engine

they would be better autogenerated if actually desired.

This doesn't look like a description of @engine_mask. You need a blank
line after the @param: descriptions before the function description,
otherwise it's all appended to the preceding param description.
