[084/173] mm/page_reporting: use list_entry_is_head() in page_reporting_cycle()

Subject: mm/page_reporting: use list_entry_is_head() in page_reporting_cycle()

Replace '&next->lru != list' with list_entry_is_head().  No functional
change.
