Instead of constructing a page list, call ib_map_mr_sg
and post a new ib_reg_wr. srp_map_finish_fr now returns
the number of sg elements registered.

Remove srp_finish_mapping since no one is calling it.

Please move the srp_finish_mapping() removal into a separate patch.

Thanks,

Bart.

Hello Sagi,

Had you considered to use sg_init_one() instead of using sg_set_buf()
and setting sg_nents to one ? The former function sets the end marker in
the idb_sg scatterlist and also sets sg_magic if CONFIG_DEBUG_SG has
been enabled.

Thanks,

Bart.
