[0/7] wifi: rtw89: coex: add new firmware commands and report handlers for 8852b

8852B use newer firmware that uses some newer commands and report formats.
So, add them along with firmware's update. These commands and handlers can
be shared to other chips if they also update firmware to the same version
or newer.
