Enable NL80211_IFTYPE_MESH_POINT and add its path.

Just out of curiosity, why not using CONNECTION_MESH_{AP,STA} here?
why not NETWORK_MESH?

Actually the CONNECTION_MESH_{AP,STA} are useless and I will send v2 to
remove them.
